The script CowMail is a Email Systems script (professional wbemail system).
This is a simple electronic mail client that doesnt requre anything but a little editing of a variables.php file that is included, a wesberver with php, and a POP3 electronic mail server. This scirpt does NOT use Cascading-Style-Sheets, Java, or frames. The only thing that it requires the browser to support is cookies as to pass session information from one page to the next.
